Supply Chain & Logistics Roles

We undertake a range of projects and activities to ensure P&G products reach our customers when and where they are needed. It’s a world of transportation, customer service, planning, and warehousing where every team and employee plays an important role in our success. 
Analyst  
  • Act as a leader, while increasing productivity, capacity, and value creation through data utilization 

  • Explore improvement opportunities to eliminate losses and simplify processes 

  • Collaborate with internal/external customers to resolve issues and drive supply network improvements 

  • Focus on acquiring data analysis to enable Joint Value Creation (JVC) and NOS growth with customers 

  • Lead data issue resolution and communication 

  • Assist planner or leader with critical tasks such as time and quality management 

  • Own the project schedule creation and tracking and status reporting 

  • Perform key testing scenarios and tracks overall testing phase result 

Business Process Expert 

  • Lead the development of regional material operating strategies 
  • Input into the definition and development of global standards and their “fitness for use” for adoption 
  • Lead and support Key User Network 
  • Develop and provide training 
  • Provide high-level implementation support to include coaching Business Unit resources 
  • Provide high-level work process support 
  • Own the development of technology and business process improvements 
  • Ensure work system is executed correctly for adoption and governance 
 Key User 

  • Acts as first level of support/coaching for work system for end users
  • Leads and deploys technical and process changes, system upgrades, and improvements
  • Participate in occasional development and user acceptance testing on new technology and processes
  • Share best practices with end users 
  • Communicate, coordinate, and validate issues and improvements 
  • Own security processes for technology to maintain proper registration 
  • Support the qualification process as needed for keystroke and work process integration 
Operation Leader

  • Provide clear direction relative to maintaining control of the system 
  • Own and ensure the capability of the right resources, technology, skills, and financial support exists and is known 
  • Lead change management decisions and interventions 
  • Ensure system is evaluated for losses through value stream analysis 
  • Ensure status of system versus operating strategy is known and communicated, and action plans are in place for any gaps 
  • Actively partner with other functions and process owners 
  • Develop action plan to deliver business targets
Planner 

  • Develop and confirm plans meet business requirements for the next 18 months 
  • Apply operating strategy to parameter management 
  • Maintain data used, and gather, document, and align key assumptions 
  • Communicate requirements for process/technology improvements 
  • Manage day-to-day activities of process, including leading resolution of conflicts and adjustment of plans 
  • Develop action plan with results targets 
Process Engineer 

  • Lead business result improvement efforts via work process improvement including the analysis, definition, design, implementation, and sustainment of improvement 
  • Drive continuous improvement of an existing process via WPI and FI processes 
Process Leader

  • Own the governance, mastery, and innovation 
  • Own the definition of global standards and ensure their “fitness for use" for adoption 
  • Own benchmarking of best practices externally and internally and adjusts standards as needed 
  • Ensure technology and work processes deliver desired business results 
  • Own calibration for the standards of excellence 
  • Manage business experts as required for direction and prioritization 
  • Responsible for critical interventions on key business issues 
  • Responsible for working and addressing critical integration points
Technician

  • Handle daily repetitive/transactional work "within" the processes 
  • Understand work processes and utilizes best practices 
  • Carry out basic system execution and data maintenance
Project Leader

  • Ensure project objectives and success criteria have been established and are aligned by sponsors 
  • Ensure robust plans are created to deliver the project success criteria 
  • Ensure a communication plan exists and is active 
  • Organize and lead the project team for successful delivery of the project 
  • Ensure key systems are in place and functioning effectively
