YOUR ROLE

When starting your job with us you will:

• Enhance injection molding processes, including scaling up operations across the 5M.

• Integrate innovative technologies into our world-class products.

• Lead our digitization initiatives in collaboration with various functions across R&D and PS.

• Assess new technologies and product concepts, including functional prototypes.

• Work on data collection, contextualization, visualization, and analysis with the long-term goal of transitioning from descriptive to predictive data models.

• Support the upskilling of the process technologies team in smart process control and data science.

Job Qualifications

YOUR PROFILE

• You are a Master or PhD graduate in Engineering (Process-, Mechanical-, Electrical-, Mechatronics, Industrial-, or equivalent)

• You have at least basic skills and a passion to further grow in the field of Modelling & Simulation, Applied AI and Cloud Computing, Digital Process Control, or equivalent

• You have excellent academic results coupled with social engagement

• You demonstrate outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, a drive for leadership, and a strong passion for developing our newest smart process technologies

• You work effectively with diverse groups of international people by embracing creativity, innovation, curiosity, and initiative.

• You can communicate proficiently in English (written and spoken)
