Digital administrator - Full-Time position in the Digital Department, GYÖNGYÖS, Heves, Hungary

We are looking for a highly agile and detail-oriented Digital Administrator to support our manufacturing site’s digital operations. The ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset focused on eliminating manual work processes and streamlining digital workflows. This role requires strong organizational skills, accountability, and the ability to ensure seamless digital and IT-related processes across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. IT & Digital Systems Management with the 0 outages mindset.

2. IT Compliance & Scorecard Management

4. Identity and access management

5. Creating the standards for site digital layout and implementing.

6. Back-up of cybersecurity leader.

Job Qualifications

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• Hungarian and English language skills
• Strong problem-solving skills with an agile mindset to drive digital process improvements.
• Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions that reduce manual interventions.
• Experience in IT systems administration, identity & access management, or digital operations is a plus.
• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, with a strong commitment to data accuracy and compliance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
