The Opportunity

Procter & Gamble is seeking an experienced SailPoint Analyst to join our IAM organization.   In this role, you will serve as an IAM SailPoint Services Tier 3 Analyst responsible for the day-to-day operational activities of SailPoint Services. You will be responsible for executing ITIL-based problem and incident management processes for SailPoint IdentityIQ.  We are looking for someone with a curious mindset who is passionate about finding solutions to challenging problems.  You will collaborate closely with the Sailpoint engineering team to ensure seamless delivery of an enterprise identity and governance solution using SailPoint Identity IQ. 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform Access Management using SailPoint IdentityIQ per business requirement.
  • Develop, document, and maintain policies, procedures and associated training plans for system administration and appropriate use.
  • Execute promotion and demotion of new and old domain controllers.
  • Provide input and requirements during process and control design by IAM Service Delivery.
  • Anticipate, mitigate, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software problems on servers.
  • Contribute to definition of SailPoint Services service levels, KPIs, and metrics as co-lead by the IAM E-IMEA Operations Manager and IAM Service Delivery.
  • Recommend, schedule, and perform software and hardware improvements, upgrades, patches, reconfigurations, server backups and server hardening.
  • Provides technical and operational guidance to Tier 2 Operations Analysts.
  • Supports capacity planning and the development of long-term strategic goals for systems and software in conjunction with leadership team.
  • Participate in negotiations with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure software products and services.

Job Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Software Engineering, other STEM field or 7+ years relevant years of experience/education.
  • 5+ years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ Support (and/or) Implementation.
  • 5+ years of experience work in Java/Beanshell.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • ITIL-based operations problem and incident management experience.
  • Knowledge and expertise in RBAC, Access Reviews and Life Cycle Management.
  • Familiar with cloud environment (AWS, Azure).
  • Ability to work a hybrid work schedule - onsite 3 days per week in Cincinnati, OH office.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge on application connectors (SAP, SAP Java, Oracle, Directory – AD/ED).
  • Strong technical experience on server and database setup and configuration (Windows Server, Red Hat Linux).
  • Technical experience in using Service Now ticketing system.

Pay Range: $105k – $150K

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of equal opportunity factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skills, and level of experience.
