Product Supply Manufacturing at P&G is responsible for every aspect of product making for some of the world’s best love brands.
Your Responsibilities as Utilities & Facilities Engineer:
Lead Capital Projects: Oversee projects related to facilities, utilities, sustainability, energy efficiency, and greenhouse gas reduction.
Master Planning: Take charge of the Site Facility Master Plan, ensuring it meets the needs of the business.
Drive Improvement: Promote ongoing improvements and cost-saving measures to help achieve business goals.
Manage Shared Services: Oversee the Shared Services provider in your area to ensure effective service delivery.
Technical Maintenance: Ensure that factory maintenance meets all required standards.
Property Administration: Manage all aspects of building and property administration, including planning, maintenance, and repairs.
Energy & Supply Assurance: Guarantee a continuous supply of essential energy sources and materials for the business.
Job Qualifications
Who we are looking for:
Technical University Graduates (Electrical or Mechanical engineering, Electronics, Automation, Management and Production Engineering)
Our Requirements:
Tech Skills & Positivity: Have technical skills and a positive attitude towards challenges and changes.
Leadership & Teamwork: Show strong leadership, teamwork, and analytical skills, and be able to work well in diverse teams.
Willingness to Learn: Be eager to learn, take initiative, and adapt to new situations.
Language Skills: Speak Polish and English fluently.
Utility Management Experience: Experience in utility management is welcome!
