Job Description

We are seeking talented individuals for our General Offices in Paseo Interlomas, Huixquilucan for the position of:

Quality Initiative Expert - LA Cosmetic Project


Full-time Management Position

Start Date: As soon as possible.
Location: General Offices, Paseo Interlomas, Huixquilucan.
Work Schedule: Full-time position.

Required Profile:

  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • Degree in Engineering or a related field, with specialization in Quality Management.
  • Strong understanding of Cosmetic GMP Industry Standards, cGxP (NORM-259), and international regulations applicable to Cosmetics (ISO 22716).
  • Expertise in creating material and product specifications.
  • Proven experience in materials and supplier qualification processes.
  • Project management skills with experience in applicable tools.
  • Knowledge of Continuous Improvement, Documentation, Validation, and Change Control systems.
  • Basic awareness of Microbiology and Analytical techniques.
  • Proficient in RCA/Loss Analysis and general problem-solving methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills to lead clear and influential conversations.
  • Ability to positively influence individuals and organizations to achieve business results.
  • Strategic thinking skills to develop win-win solutions by leveraging risk management principles.

Are you ready to advance your career in a dynamic and collaborative environment? In this role, you will play a key part in executing the LA Cosmetic Project and ensuring compliance with company and BOH GMP requirements. Your responsibilities will include:

Role Scope:

Quality Compliance Execution: You will actively participate in and support the execution of cosmetic initiatives, ensuring adherence to all relevant quality standards and regulations.

Material and Product Specification: You will leverage your expertise to create and maintain specifications for materials and products, ensuring they meet quality and regulatory requirements.

Supplier Qualification: You will oversee the materials and supplier qualification processes, ensuring that all suppliers meet industry standards.

Project Management: You will manage and coordinate projects related to cosmetic quality initiatives, utilizing applicable management tools to ensure timely and successful execution.

Continuous Improvement: You will lead efforts in Continuous Improvement, focusing on documentation, validation, and change control systems to enhance overall quality processes.

Problem Solving and Analysis: You will apply your skills in RCA and loss analysis to identify and resolve issues, driving effective solutions that benefit the organization.

Strategic Influence: You will engage in strategic thinking, creating possibilities and leveraging outside-the-box solutions to solve problems while managing risk effectively.

Job Qualifications

  • Available to work in eneral Offices, Paseo Interlomas, Huixquilucan.

  • Degree in Engineering or a related field, with specialization in Quality Management.
  • Strong understanding of Cosmetic GMP Industry Standards, cGxP (NORM-259), and international regulations applicable to Cosmetics (ISO 22716).
  • Expertise in creating material and product specifications.
  • Project management skills with experience in applicable tools.
  • Knowledge of Continuous Improvement, Documentation, Validation, and Change Control systems.

  • Ability and desire to balance multiple projects simultaneously, in different stages.

  • Genuine interest in manufacturing and in the total supply chain  

    Ability to work independently while understanding how/where to get expertise or support (critical thinking).

  • Drive High level personal accountability and ownership for results

    Strong Communication in English (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong communication & collaboration skills.
