We are seeking a talented Senior Brand Expression Designer to join our dynamic P&G Ventures team, where innovation meets creativity developing ground-breaking brands, such as, Zevo and Spruce! In this role, you will serve as a Senior Graphic Designer focusing on creating exceptional brand experiences and innovative packaging design. At P&G, Design is a critical part of the diverse team, using our creative superpowers to solve business challenges, envision possibilities & bring them to life with impeccable craft, going beyond the expected to surprise & delight consumers.
As part of the Design team in P&G Ventures, you will have the opportunity to help shape the future vision of our iconic brands. You will be responsible for crafting visual strategy, holistic visual identity and execution across our brands. Having Design Mastery and strong collaboration skills will be essential, as you will lead and work with other designers and multidisciplinary teams to create winning design solutions.
Job Qualifications
What You Will Do:
- Design Strategy: Transform market challenges and business objectives into actionable design strategies. Lead the development of packaging and visual brand experiences utilizing our internal design team and design agencies.
- Human-Centered Design: Understand consumer behavior to create design solutions that address business challenges and meet real consumer needs.
- Utilize Design Tools: Use software, such as the Adobe Suite, to convey ideas and create holistic touchpoints, including packaging, instore and e-content.
- Design Thinking: Lead and facilitate Design Sprints and design thinking sessions with cross-functional partners to solve complex challenges.
- Collaboration: Manage internal and external design partners, fostering problem-solving and delivering superior designs in a fast-paced business environment.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of full-time graphic design work experience.
- BA/BS in Graphic Design or similar field.
- Hands on Graphic Design Skills with proficiency in current graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proven mastery in Design Principles and Systems, aesthetics, typography, color. A portfolio that demonstrates strong graphic design, package design and brand identity. Your portfolio will be assessed on creative excellence, system thinking, brand building, storytelling, design thinking & problem-solving.
- Teamwork & Communication: Recognized for excellent collaboration skills and leadership, frequently cited by multidisciplinary colleagues for your ability to work effectively with others. Forms and communicates a clear design vision and can prioritize workload based on changing needs.
- Innovation Mindset: Generates new and better ways to get results; Drives improvements systemically to enable repeatable excellence. Utilizes AI-enabled tools to create comping ideas, prototypes, and quick design iterations, enhancing ideation speed and creativity.
- Learning Agility: Demonstrates curiosity and resilience. Learns from success and failures and open to feedback and coaching.
Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
