YOUR ROLE IN MANUFACTURING:

During Manufacturing Traineeship, you'll be on the production floor meeting different challenges. It's up to you to make decisions and the results of those decisions through. Discovering our leading technologies which are world-renowned and also the P&G standards and methods. In the end, you will build your own capabilities through the job experience, mentoring and training.

Job Qualifications

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU IF:

-  You are a student at 4th or 5th year of studies at Technical University (Mechanics, Mechatronics, Automation and Robotics, Chemical, Process or Production Engineering and other similar faculties) or you graduated within the last 12 months

-  Available for 24-40 hours/week

-  Your English and Polish language skills are at a level capable of communication, both in writing and oral

-  You have strong leadership and excellent communication skills

-  Characterized by good problem-solving skills, systems approach, process orientation, analytical thinking, initiative, flexibility

-  You are open and motivated to acquire new knowledge as an engineer and manager

-  You use Microsoft Office tools at a professional level
