Your Team
This role reports to the department leader or lab manager. You will be working together with a team within the department to drive compliance and standards.

Responsibilities of the Role
Microbiologist will help to ensure overall compliance of the site vs microbiological standards.

  • Understand and perform Microbiology and General Finished Product Test Methods of finished goods produced in the plant

  • Build strong and sustain quality assurance capability & culture across the site

  • Perform quality investigations with strong CAPA (correction action and preventive action).

  • You must be capable to work under pressure, business oriented and love to work in teams

  • You must operate with good discipline, innovation mentality and must be willing to succeed with the team

  • Demonstrates leadership, with an ability and authority to be capable of implementing change where needed

Job Qualifications

  • Must have a degree in Microbiology

  • With 1 to 3 years of relevant experience is preferred but not required (open to Fresh Graduates)

  • Willing to work on rotating shifts

  • Strong technical, interpersonal and analytical skills

  • Good speaking and written command of English
