Established in 1994, GABLE now spans more than 50 countries with over 5,000 LGBTQ+ and ally members worldwide. 

FOSTERING INCLUSION IN THE WORKPLACE

For more than 30 years, we’ve evolved our internal policies and removed barriers within our systems to ensure a more inclusive environment for our LGBTQ+ employees. In 1992, P&G added sexual orientation in our equal opportunity statement, before expanding to incorporate gender identity and expression in 2009.
