During my 16 years in the company, I have been supporting our Product Supply Organization in different areas. First as IT Operations Manager making sure the systems were working as expected without negative impact to the production sites, then, implementing new technology and bringing innovation to the warehouses, and now as Service Manager of applications use on the laboratories of Research & Development and production plants.
I'm proud to be able to use my Industrial Engineer background to support the production processes and make sure our company produce superiority products to delight our customers.

I began my journey at P&G as a junior recruiter, and within a remarkably short span of time, I was considered for a more senior position. Moreover, I had the privilege of traveling to Cincinnati for a specialized training that allowed me to enhance my skills and expertise in my role.
