This is a role that work closely with our Customer Teams and Sales organization in the United States. The role leads administrative work on processes such as Customer Invoice Validation and Proof of Performance and Proof of Alignment for the Top US Customers. Working very closely with our US counterparts, acting as the specialist to the designated category/customer. Daily communication in English is required (conference calls, meetings, emails). Lead, implement, audit and conduct troubleshooting against areas of ownership, to identify and correct malfunctions, escalating issues as necessary. Maintain regular communication with the business, providing updates on the progress on priorities, incidents, and requests. These are transition roles that will require creation of documentation, KPIs, scorecards that currently do not exist.

Job Qualifications

  • Advanced level English. C1-C2 (Proficient User). 

  • Advanced Excel skill. Able to manage complex report, pivot tables, formulas.

  • Advanced knowledge of data retrieval and manipulation processes, e.g. Knime & Power-BI (Nice to have)

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective internal and external interactions.
