Overview of the Job

Are you passionate about driving business impact through e-commerce, influencer marketing, and product customization? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can collaborate with multiple teams to create significant results?

You will play a critical role in shaping Thailand’s P&G business across three key areas:

1. Customization Specialist – Lead Thailand’s customization projects by working closely with Brand manager to develop product customizations and coordinating with supply team to ensure magnificent execution.

2. Haircare E-commerce Specialist – Oversee Thailand’s Haircare e-commerce operations, analyze performance, and collaborate with Brand manager to craft strategies that drive business growth.

3. KOL Specialist – Manage KOL (Key Opinion Leader) partnerships, assess influencer effectiveness, and lead all aspects of the end-to-end process from script review to final asset approval.

This role requires a strong mix of analytical skills, partner management, and a deep understanding of digital and e-commerce trends.

Key Responsibilities

Customization Management:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customization requests from the brand team
  • Work closely with the supply chain to ensure smooth execution of product customizations
  • Track project progress and resolve potential roadblocks
  • Handle and improve the marketing initiatives' cost and budget to get the best result
  • Brand CAM / TAM : Ensure the Translation claims fit is accurate, fits with local insights, and business intent and is in line with the technical guideline (regulatory/legal) and high-reaching as per marketing strategy

E-commerce Operations & Analysis:

  • Handle the e-commerce operations for Thailand’s haircare category
  • Analyze performance data and translate insights into strategic actions
  • Collaborate with the brand manager to optimize online sales and visibility

KOL & Influencer Strategy:

  • Work closely with the brand manager and KOL agencies to identify the right influencers for the brand
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of KOL strategies and recommend improvements
  • Be responsible for the KOL content approval process, including reviewing scripts and final assets.

Job Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor/ Or Master degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. With an excellent academic background (Open for Fresh grad)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strong communication and partner leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and influencer management is a plus
  • Proficient in English and Thai
