Program URAAN for People with Disabilities is an exciting one-year recruitment initiative designed to offer a unique opportunity to gain real-world work experience in the corporate environment, complemented by mentorship from exceptional leaders.

For this program, we will be hiring individuals in the following departments:
1. Finance & Accounting (F&A)
2. Supply Network Operations (SNO)
3. Brands/Media

Job Qualifications
We are looking for:
1. Finance & Accounting (F&A):
- Minimum Bachelors in Accounting & Finance / CA / ACCA
- No prior experience preference
- Skills required: Business partnering, problem solving, team management, communication, SAP (optional)
2. Supply Network Operations (SNO):
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
- 0 to 5 years of experience (2 years of work experience preferable but not mandatory)
- Skills required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel), Excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, comfort with working with numbers/reports/dashboards, experience with SAP is a plus
3. Brands & Media:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- Certification in graphic design or related field (Optional).
- 3+ years of in-house design experience (preferred) or 2+ years of experience in media planning, buying, and strategy (experience with multiple brands is a plus)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) or media analytics tools, social media platforms, and advertising technologies.
