A P&G internship is your gateway into the company. It’s your chance to build global, groundbreaking databases, establish face-to-face relationships with our most important customers, handle multimillion-dollar marketing campaigns, and more. All before you graduate. All from Day 1.

You’ll expand your knowledge based on personal experiences, coaching, and resources within our best-in-class learning platforms. You’ll also work alongside great managers who will invest in your development and give you feedback to help you grow and improve.

We value our intern/co-op programs as they are our key pipeline to full-time employment. From your first day with us, our goal is to give you a challenging and rewarding experience so that you can develop into the future of our company.

​​​​​​​We offer a range of sought-after internships, traineeships, apprenticeships, and co-ops for those interested in business management, marketing, finance, IT, science, engineering, and more. Internships vary in length from six weeks to 12 months, and take place all over the world, both in-person and virtually—we’ve received great reviews on our approach to internships during the COVID-19 pandemic.
