What You’ll Do as an Intern:

During your internship, you’ll dive into a variety of exciting projects, including:

  • Innovate and Improve: Conduct research to develop new and enhanced manufacturing processes that make a real difference.
  • Test and Monitor: Evaluate process performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
  • Cost Management: Help estimate production costs and find ways to optimize efficiency.
  • Improve Equipment: Modify existing equipment and processes for optimal performance.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Collect and analyze data, interpret results, and write reports that guide our continuous improvement efforts.
  • Collaborate and Implement: Work closely with your coordinator and team to establish and implement action plans for your production line.
  • Ensure Quality and Safety: Set up necessary safety and quality processes, ensuring compliance at all times.
  • Engage in Continuous Improvement: Take charge of projects aimed at enhancing performance and efficiency on your production line.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with manufacturing teams to develop operational strategies and support maintenance initiatives.

Job Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Currently pursuing a University/Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or a related field desired).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
