YOUR ROLE
When starting your job with us you will:
Enhance injection molding processes, including scaling up operations across the 5M.
Integrate innovative technologies into our world-class products.
Lead our digitization initiatives in collaboration with various functions across R&D and PS.
Assess new technologies and product concepts, including functional prototypes.
Work on data collection, contextualization, visualization, and analysis with the long-term goal of transitioning from descriptive to predictive data models.
Support the upskilling of the process technologies team in smart process control and data science.
Job Qualifications
YOUR PROFILE
You are a Master or PhD graduate in Engineering (Process-, Mechanical-, Electrical-, Mechatronics, Industrial-, or equivalent)
You have at least basic skills and a passion to further grow in the field of Modelling & Simulation, Applied AI and Cloud Computing, Digital Process Control, or equivalent
You have excellent academic results coupled with social engagement
You demonstrate outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, a drive for leadership, and a strong passion for developing our newest smart process technologies
You work effectively with diverse groups of international people by embracing creativity, innovation, curiosity, and initiative.
You can communicate proficiently in English (written and spoken)
