The Manufacturing Traineeship Program is intended to spark high potential in the best students/fresh alumni coming from top Technical Universities. Its successful completion can be a starting point for long-term career and can result in a full time offer in our organization!

Manufacturing Traineeship - 6 MONTHS PROGRAM

Job Qualifications
We are looking for:
Bachelor's/Master's Students of 3rd year of studies at Technical University (Mechanics, Mechatronics, Automation and Robotics, Molding, Engineering, Chemical, Process Engineering, Production Engineering and other similar faculties) or Graduates from Technical University who:
- Have strong academic results, technical skills and positive attitude towards challenges and change.
- Display strong leadership, strategic thinking, teamwork and problem-solving skills; operational discipline and ability to work within diverse organizations and teams
- Express willingness to learn, take initiative and show flexibility
- Good knowledge of the English AND Polish language
