We are seeking a meticulous and organized Occupational Health Nurse Specialist to support the North America Medical team as part of Corporate Human Resources in a hybrid operations and clinical role!
The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation by collaborating with N.A Medical Lead Team, coordinating activities, and assisting with various projects related to successful delivery of team goals and targets. The candidate will also support other organization unit medical teams on various deliverables. As a P&G Occupational Health Nurse Specialist, you will work directly with employees to ensure appropriate medical testing is completed to assure employee health, partner with other medical team members and business collaborators to ensure P&G onsite health centers within the Cincinnati area are providing a high quality services.
Key Responsibilities:
- North America Medical Operations Assistant: Provide operational assistance to the North America Medical Leadership Team including managing schedules for operations meetings, organizing meetings for lead team, regional medical team, and preparing documents and reports to ensure tracking of actions steps and deliverables. Working on organizational PDCA (Plan Do Check Act) to assure compliance with the regional medical action plan.
- Occupational Health Testing: The candidate will also be responsible for enabling employee testing as per corporate guidelines on limited planned days in a week OR based on emerging business needs. Work will be with onsite occupational health teams for GO, Global Flight Ops and technical & innovation centers in and around Cincinnati. This would involve scheduling, medical testing, documenting electronic medical record and data management.
- North America Medical Records Management: Maintain accurate and updated records and tracker, including medical team connects, trainings and certification, and Veeva documentation. help build and maintain necessary dashboard for N.A. Medical operations.
- Data Entry and Reporting: Input and maintain data related to employee health programs, generate reports, and assist with data analysis to support departmental goals.
Job Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications, MS enterprise tools, Power automate and Power BI (desirable).
- Adult CPR, AED and first aid training, Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist and NIOSH spirometry certified, OHSA blood borne pathogen training (all desirable)/ willingness to learn these skills.
- Ohio Licensure as Licensed Practical Nurse
- General or practical nursing experience in an occupational health nursing setting or other clinical establishments
Starting Pay / Salary Range
$74,100.00 - $92,650.00 / year
