Scope of the role:
You will be responsible for the recruiting of People with Disabilities across Latin America. The recruiter must ensure we have the right strategy in place to source, accommodate and hire this talent. Individual will partner with the entire Regional Talent Team, HR community and Sponsors.
This position requires a proven understanding of Equality and Inclusion in the workplace, including concepts and practices specifically related to employees with disability. It also requires experience in the recruiting process of candidates with disabilities, project management skills, data and analytics as well as strong self-leadership.
We are looking for driven individuals who can:
Creates an attraction plan to be able to source best candidates in a timely manner.
Understand recruiting process and execute with excellence, including candidate management expertise and process improvement.
Ensure plans in place in different countries to be compliant with local inclusive legislation.
Map roles suitable for different disabilities in line with facilities´ accommodations by country.
Provide personalized accommodations needed and candidate management throughout the process.
Ensure correct management of PwD candidates throughout the hiring process until offer extensions, including pipeline management and candidate sourcing.
Provide guidance/coaching to hiring managers, HR contacts and other internal stakeholders on how to inclusively handle candidates & new hires with disabilities.
Job Qualifications

Recently gradated of any Bachelor’s degree, preferably with some business focus: Law, Psychology, Administration, or any engineering.
Strong leadership to support the business leader in delivering outstanding results.
Excellent interpersonal skills and influence skills; ability to build business relationships in diverse environments.

Great organization skills, prioritization and organization in the use of systems
