What To Expect
During your summer placement you will get a first-hand experience of what a career in Engineering with P&G involves, and if it is right for you.
You will be working on live business Engineering projects and expected to dive straight in and take the lead.
Each intern receives a customized learning plan to ensure they get the right levels of coaching, mentoring and training as they deliver their work. Please note, this role is available at our Manchester Plant only.

Job Qualifications
What We Look For
- University students graduating in 2025 or 2026. We also welcome applications from those who have already recently graduated.
- Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities. Tell us what you’re proud of – be it playing a musical instrument or holding down a job alongside your studies. We want to get to know you during your application and encourage you to include examples that demonstrate our Peak Performance Behaviours including what actions you took and the results you achieved in your CV.
- Strong foundational understanding of engineering principles within your chosen field, as well as problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Strong verbal and written English language skills.
Right to Work:
For our internship roles, you will need to provide your own right to work in the UK for the full duration of your internship without requiring sponsorship from P&G. Note, this will require your right to work permission to be valid between 1st July 2025 until 19th September 2025 for a minimum of 37.5 hours per week.
