JOB DESCRIPTION

By accurately transforming brand content into graphic and text content favored by e-commerce consumers, enhance user experience, page clicks, and conversion rates on e-commerce channels (Tmall, JD, Vipshop, etc.) to drive business growth.


Main Responsibilities  

  • Content Strategy Implementation and Transformation  

  - Understand the brand's annual content strategy, tone, and product selling points, and convert them into graphic and text content schemes that align with the characteristics of e-commerce channels (main images, detail pages, event pages, store presentations, etc.).  

  - Develop differentiated content presentation logic tailored to the specific rules and user characteristics of the responsible e-commerce platforms.  

  • Content Delivery Management  

  - Lead the entire chain from copywriting and visual creative proposals to design delivery, providing clear briefs to design suppliers to ensure content accurately conveys brand value and product benefits.  

  - Control the delivery quality and timeliness of design suppliers, reviewing content details (such as layout, color scheme, selling point priority) to ensure compliance with e-commerce platform standards and user experience logic.  

  • Data-Driven Content Optimization  

  - Monitor key indicators of graphic and text content (click-through rate, conversion rate, page dwell time), and propose iteration directions based on user feedback and competitive analysis.  

  - Establish long-term best practice methodologies for popular content, building reusable content templates and tools (such as AI-assisted generation frameworks) to enhance team efficiency.  


Capability Requirements:

  • Over 3 years of experience in e-commerce store operation(VIP/PDD/Tmall/JD) and content deliver related works. Has beauty/personal care industry related experience is a plus.  
  • Visual aesthetics and copywriting skills, able to deliver selling point copy and visual proposals based on overall brand needs.  
  • Supplier management ability: clearly communicate requirements and drive external design teams to execute efficiently.  
  • High sensitivity to data, skilled at verifying content effectiveness through AB testing, with a business growth mindset.
