OLAY Sales Supervisor
Job Description:
● Business management (co-work with internal and business partner to achieve sales target.
● Organization Management (provide training and motivation to 3rd party Beauty Consultant.
● Counter operation (maintain professional image of the counter and ensure magnificent execution.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree and related experience.
● Willing to work for the skincare industry
● Strong communication/business analyze skill and learning ability, Good at motivation and team management.
● Competent user of Microsoft outlook/excel /word
