Category Sales Supervisor
Responsibilities：
This role is accountable for the Category sales target delivery and distributor team enabling.
- Coverage Plan - design and develop coverage Plan with Distributor
- Capability Building - provide category knowledge and business priority training to Distributor team
- Sell Through Improvement - guide Distributor team for better in-store execution, mini event efficiency, and key consumption period promotion efficiency
- Indirect Distribution Coverage Expansion - develop new sub-d and responsible for Mid/Small Wholesales order meeting
Qualifications:
- College's degree or above
- FMCG Sales or Retail Procurement background is helpful
- Strong communication and business analysis skill and learning agility
- Skilled in Microsoft outlook/excel/word
