As part of a multifunctional HR Team, you will be a key contributor of recruiting & hiring processes.
Point of contact for events administration with schools
Support for recruiting event organization: online pages, applicants management
Onboarding of new hires on plant
Collaboration with HR Recruiting manager and functions in order to achieve our Equality & Inclusion ambition.
Optimization of the usage of virtual platforms (Indeed, Jobteaser) and renewal of the content shared on them
Support the key processes in our SI RH for the HR Business Partners and the Managers for Amiens
Support and coach the managers on the processes they are responsible for
Verification and approval on some specific processes
Initiate actions in the system linked to employees
Organisation of a recruitment event

Qualifications
Are you the student we are looking for?
Bac + 4 to Bac +5 in Human Ressources
Autonomous and proactive
Team work and collaboration with internal partners
Rigorous and at ease with processes
Proficient in French and English
Proficiency in Pack Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
