Join Procter & Gamble’s Professional & Scientific Relations Organization (PSR), an integral part of our Professional Oral Health (POH) team. As the PSR Senior Manager for the Benelux region, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of oral health through impactful relationships and pivotal initiatives. This high-impact position involves engaging with both external and internal partners, focusing on the recommendation of Oral-B and Fixodent technologies by dental professionals. Your expertise will drive the education and engagement of the dental community, ultimately influencing the use and recommendation of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Building: Cultivate and strengthen meaningful partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and dental associations across the Benelux region.
Educational Initiatives: Design and manage scientific presentations and educational events at dental schools to enhance professional knowledge and engagement.
Scientific Exchange Programs: Lead and deliver high-level continuing education initiatives, including online webinars, to foster knowledge sharing within the dental community.
Training Delivery: Provide scientific training for the detailing force, ensuring alignment with company initiatives and messaging.
Market Insight: Serve as the primary resource for political, strategic, and scientific developments in the dental field, sharing insights with local sales and marketing teams.
Expert Collaboration: Act as the dental expert for the Oral Care business, collaborating closely with sales and marketing to support claims discussions and joint activities with key retail customers.
Resource Management: Own and develop all PSR resources and activities, including strategies, action plans, budgets, and CRM systems.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the PSR team, including direct management of a PSR Manager and coaching Sales Representatives with clinical expertise.
Job Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Degree in Dentistry from a Dutch or Belgian university; other candidates with strong dental backgrounds may be considered.
Proven experience as a dentist in the Benelux region.
Fluency in English and Dutch; proficiency in French is a significant advantage.
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with digital tools (CRM, social media).
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 50% within the Netherlands and Belgium.
Other Beneficial Qualifications:
PhD or specialty in Dentistry or Medicine.
Previous leadership experience in community health programs or professional marketing within the dental or pharmaceutical sectors.
Experience working with associations, KOLs, and in scientific education.
Knowledge of the specific legal and regulatory context regarding dentistry in Belgium and the Netherlands.
Extensive Network in the Dental Industry: A robust network within the dental industry and academic institutions is essential for success in this role, facilitating collaboration and engagement with key stakeholders.
Critical Outcomes and Expectations:
Foster advocacy and collaboration with opinion leaders and dental professionals.
Increase product usage and recommendations among dental and hygienist students.
Establish leveraged partnerships with dental and health authorities.
Demonstrate leadership in relationships with KOLs and key dental associations.
Drive external commercialization and synergy with retail partners.
Share and apply best practices within the PSR European community to influence internal strategies.
