Job Description

The Associate Technical Information Security Leader (A-TISL) drives information security expertise within their organization and serves as the liaison to the broader Information Security team. They collaborate with other functions and organizations such as operations, infrastructure, purchasing, network, and security personnel to address security needs within their organization.

This specific role works with the Business Information Security Leader and is part of the team that delivers the Information Security Strategy for the North America Market Operations organization. As an A-TISL you will be the key resource in the organization that:

  • engages and assesses security capabilities of critical third parties for their business area, including contracts and associated risks profile and security interventions for remediation.

  • works with the central information security organization to lead third party information security governance compliance and optimization

  • leads and scopes the annual application management and information security control self-assessment process that the business implements, including training, issue remediation, and process optimization

  • acts as P&G Information Security policy, standards, training & awareness ambassador and contributes to development and changes as needed.

This role will initially focus on the governance, risk and control aspect of Information Security and will move into more technical domains as experience grows.

Job Qualifications

  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to apply technical and business knowledge across functions to quickly and accurately solve problems and drive solutions.

  • Attention to Detail and Customer-Focused Mentality: Proven track record of working effectively with business partners, maintaining a high level of visibility and responsiveness within the internal organization.

  • Knowledge of IT Governance Processes: Familiarity with policy management and deployment, monitoring and reporting of compliance results, as well as the identification of risks.

  • Collaboration and Teamwork Skills: Ability to thrive in a team-oriented and cross-organizational environment, with a commitment to building team capabilities.

  • Passion for Information Security and Continuous Learning: Willingness to pursue CISSP certification within the first 12 months of employment, demonstrating a commitment to professional development in the field of information security.
