Competitive Base Salary
In line with our compensation principles ‘pay competitively’ and ‘pay for impact’, we annually benchmark our salary ranges with the finest companies in our industry, allowing us to compete for top talent like you. As you continue to make an impact on our business, your base salary will develop accordingly within the annual compensation reviews. 
As part of your annual salary, we also pay Christmas and vacation bonuses.
Bonus Program
Our bonus program (called STAR program) is available as of entry level management. The STAR bonus program is intended to make sure that managers are rewarded in line with the business results achieved, as higher business results deliver a higher STAR award. It increases the focus on Business Unit results as well as overall Company success and provides a clear link between pay and performance.
Share Purchase
We are committed to help our employees build their long-term financial security by providing opportunities to achieve their financial goals. Therefore, we offer an employee share purchase plan that we contribute to by offering a 50% match to your contributions. This plan enables you to invest in our company and potentially earn significant returns over time, as we strive to create opportunities for our employees to share in our success.
Financial Education
We offer financial education resources to help our employees achieve long-term financial success, such as access to an impartial financial education platform that provides you with the latest financial news, interactive tools, and personalized email notifications about money matters and helps you plan and organize your finances and improve your financial wellbeing.
