Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain Strategy & Customer Collaboration:

  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance service levels and customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with markets, plants, distribution centers, and the Regional Business Unit to align on supply chain strategies.

Inventory & Warehouse Optimization:

  • Supervise and optimize inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing holding costs and obsolescence risks.

  • Oversee warehouse capacity planning, ensuring sufficient space for storage and efficient product handling.

  • Lead and enhance Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP), providing strategic guidance and team development.

Process Improvement & Data-Driven Insights:

  • Drive efficiency and accuracy within the DRP team through process improvements.

  • Analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for optimization and developing action plans.

  • Leverage automation, synchronization, and digitization to streamline operations.

  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards across distribution networks.

Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Management:

  • Partner with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and sales teams to ensure seamless end-to-end supply chain execution.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, including suppliers, customers, and service providers, to foster collaboration and achieve shared goals.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes, proactively addressing potential risks and opportunities.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Logistics, or related fields.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or distribution.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL.

  • Effective communication and stakeholder management.

  • Fluency in English.
