Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Strategy & Customer Collaboration:
Develop and implement initiatives to enhance service levels and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with markets, plants, distribution centers, and the Regional Business Unit to align on supply chain strategies.
Inventory & Warehouse Optimization:
Supervise and optimize inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing holding costs and obsolescence risks.
Oversee warehouse capacity planning, ensuring sufficient space for storage and efficient product handling.
Lead and enhance Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP), providing strategic guidance and team development.
Process Improvement & Data-Driven Insights:
Drive efficiency and accuracy within the DRP team through process improvements.
Analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for optimization and developing action plans.
Leverage automation, synchronization, and digitization to streamline operations.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards across distribution networks.
Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Management:
Partner with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and sales teams to ensure seamless end-to-end supply chain execution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, including suppliers, customers, and service providers, to foster collaboration and achieve shared goals.
Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes, proactively addressing potential risks and opportunities.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Logistics, or related fields.
3 to 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or distribution.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL.
Effective communication and stakeholder management.
Fluency in English.
