We are now looking for a Associate Scientist to join our R&D organization.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO P&G’S SUCCESS:

The Artwork Touchless Rule Manager in GPS is responsible for understanding the regulatory and business requirements that need to be automated, for defining how to best transform them into digital logic (if/then, which parameters are required) and execute working closely with GBS IT to develop the technical solution. The digital rules will allow to automate content connection with respective artworks with no manual intervention. He/she will bring digital innovation and increased effectiveness via integrated IT solutions, structured single touch data and automate flow to the artwork via Rules manager to ensure regulatory compliance:
•digitize regulatory formatting requirements to enable automatic final artwork compliance check;

•generate artwork ready Ingredient Statement without manual touch applying pre-defined rules;

•develop and implement IT tools to create regulatory copy elements for artworks. Work on Global level with multifunctional teams across business units and regions to define, understand and create digitized regulatory requirements and align with business partners applying available or required regulatory knowledge.

Job Qualifications

YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU ARE/HAVE:

  • Master students, with science background. Any knowledge of regulations related to human, animal and environmental safety is a plus but not a must have.

  • You are a strong analytical thinker and have high interest or experience in automation of processes or tools.

  • Experience or ability to learn digital logic quickly.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Strong ability to define simplification across OU/region, look for reapplication and for a wider range of digital solutions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong in follow through, reaching out to find solutions to issues with team members (or outside) and working against deadlines.

  • Able to work independently and perform in a high-speed, dynamic environment, manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to connect with people across the globe, strong team player and highly skilled to work constructively in teams under pressure.
