As a Trade Marketing Assistant, you will support our trade marketing team in developing and implementing strategies that drive brand awareness and sales through our distribution channels. You'll assist with promotional activities, handle trade assets, and help coordinate campaigns that strengthen relationship with our retail partners.
You will be one of the key drivers behind our continued growth and success. With our dedication to innovation, you will seek out, develop, and help implement business reports and insight to improve efficiency and productivity. From researching dynamic systems solutions to evaluating their impact, you are a detailed planner, communicator, and project manager. Responsibilities of the role
- Support the execution of trade marketing activities including in-store promotions, merchandising, and point-of-sale materials
- Develop and maintain promotional calendars for key retail accounts
- Build and distribute sell sheets, product information, and marketing assets to sales teams
- Collaborate with brand teams to ensure consistent messaging across all trade channels
- Supervise inventory levels of promotional materials and coordinate timely replenishment
- Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting for trade marketing initiatives
- Collect and analyze competitor information in retail environments
- Support the development of retail-specific promotions that drive sell-through
- Coordinate sample distribution to key retail partners
- Assist in planning and driving trade show presence, including booth design and materials
How success looks like
- Deliver report and complete the task on time with quality and meet expectation
- Close loop on an issue within the timeline
- Able to suggest and initiate process simplification
- No compliance and/or stewardship issues in the process
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in marketing, retail, or sales (open for fresh grad)
- Strong communication and interpersonal/ social skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting
- Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
