What is the one best thing about working at P&G?
The passion that we all have for winning with our brands, the believe that with our brands we truly impact the life of our consumers and the centre role that we give to our consumers/shoppers to shape our plans.

What was your most exciting project?
With no doubt Naturella. We had the rare opportunity to create a new brand from scratch. Partnering with Mexican consumers we went through all the processes and launched the brand they asked for. It was very rewarding to see it in market, growing in share value and now sold around the world!

What is the one piece of advice you have for future applicants?
To have passion for what you do and never loose focus that you as CMK are the mouth and ears of the consumers in each business meeting. Defend her/his interest and fully become an agent of truth.

Tell us more about your hobbies/special interests.
Right now my biggest hobby is to spend as much time as I can with my 11 month old boy. I’m putting into practice all those learnings from my first Baby Care experience!
