Please describe your career in P&G so far (i.e. including locations, functions and GBU/MDO)
I spent 3 years in the Belgian MDO as Assistant Brand Manager on Hair Care (Head&shoulders / Herbal Essences) and Fabric Care (Ariel, Dreft, Bonux). Then I moved to CMK, as CMK manager Dish Care in the Western Europe Home Care GBU.
What was your biggest learning at work?
Always have the end-goal in mind… Once you’re clear about the end-goal, the rest will come automatically.
What was your most exciting project?
The turn-around of Herbal Essences business in Belgium from declining into increasing sales: we started from a deep-consumer-dive and from there completely re-worked the Herbal Essences local brand strategy.
